Convert JPG to Vector Image UK is a professional vector conversion company. As we provide our service digitally, we have to follow some specific terms & conditions. Those terms ensure that both we and our clients and we stay safe online.

When you browse our website or get our vector conversion services, you are giving consent that you are accepting those terms. Here are the terms and conditions.

1. Our Services Overview

We provide manual vector conversion services for different types of images. We transform JPG and raster images into scalable vector files. All designs are produced by our professional design team.

2. Orders & Quotations

  • Users must submit all required information correctly and sample files to receive a quote.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Turnaround time depends on image complexity and customer requirements.

3. Payment Terms

– Payments are accepted via PayPal, Payoneer, Bank Transfer, Visa, and MasterCard.

– Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

– All prices are listed in GBP (£).

4. Revisions & Approval

We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original order. It has some conditions.

  • Requests for revisions must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Once final approval is given, the project is considered complete.

Also, you can not ask for a revision that was not included in the initial order. Extra revision, different from the initial instruction, will add an extra charge to the order.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are conditional and handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds may be issued if the service cannot be delivered as agreed or due to a processing error.
  • Minor revisions or dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences do not qualify for a refund.
  • You have to ask for a refund within 3 days after delivery.

6. File Use & Intellectual Property

Files delivered by us are for the exclusive use of the client.

Clients may not use files for illegal, copyrighted, or any other improper purposes.

Unless explicitly agreed, we may feature project work in our portfolio. If you don’t want to showcase your files, you can ask for a Non-disclosure agreement. Also, you can request the deletion of your file anytime after making the full payment for the order.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may come from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

9. Changes to Terms

For valid reasons, we may have to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. It will be done for an even better and safer service experience. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the Effective Date revised. If you browse our website after that, you agree to the latest changes.
